The ultimate 007 accessory for the Aston Marin DBS has arrived. Aston Martin announced today that it will debut the AMVOX2 DBS Transponder watch on the eve of the Paris Motor Show. The AMVOX2 DBS Transponder is the first wrist-watch to allow control access to an Aston Martin.

2009 Aston Martin V8 Vantage
When Aston Martin launched its V8 Vantage back in 2005, we had a lot of good things to say about it. We loved the look, power, handling, and solidness of Aston’s everyday supercar - and we loved its deep V-8 growl. We also liked the idea of the British firm giving us a car that could take on Porsche’s 911 as a direct competitor. Now, three years later, Aston has updated the car with even more of what we loved - and fewer of the niggling concerns we had.

Before you get all excited and think Aston Martin is developing a new version of its entry-level GT, note that these new sketches were purely a design exercise by Austrian designer and former MG Rover employee Adam Gompertz. The concept behind the design was for a lightweight, race-inspired version of the Vantage V8 along the lines of the production N400 model.

Dubai importer suing Aston Martin for $50 million.
Aston Martin’s new owners just finished untangling the red tape from their acquisition of the brand from Ford, and already they’re back in court. The British sportscar maker is being sued by its own Gulf distributor for breach of contract.Middle East Aston Martin (MEAM) was set up in 2003 with an exclusive deal from Aston Martin, then still owned by Ford, to distribute its sportscars across the region.

Aston Martin V8 Vantage N400 Roadster 2008.

Aston Martin revealed the Roadster version of the V8 Vantage N400 Coupe launched in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The V8 Vantage N400 Roadster will be limited to only 24o units.The Vantage N400 Roadster includes a number of technical improvements as well as enhancements to the car’s standard range of renowned colour and trim specifications.

These include a power upgrade to Aston Martin’s 4.3 litre V8 engine, lifting peak power to 400bhp and peak torque to 420Nm. The car also comes equipped with a new Sports Pack which offers subtly different driving dynamics tailored to enthusiasts who seek even more responsive handling.
