Bond Street partners with Maserati

maserati120609An art festival celebrating one of the most prestigious addresses in central London is being supported by luxury Italian car marque Maserati.

The Bond Street Culture and Heritage Week runs in partnership with the Olympia International Art and Antiques Fair until June 14th.

Bond Street clients and visitors of the Fair who take the Bond Street Heritage Tour, will be chauffeur-driven in black Maserati Quattroportes between the two London locations.

2009 Maserati GranTurismo MC

The new Maserati GranTurismo MC will be officially unveiled during the FIA GT “Media Days” at the Paul Ricard circuit. The new model is an offshoot of the Maserati GranTurismo MC Concept introduced last September in Monza and based on the Maserati GranTurismo S road version, with electro-actuated gearbox system.

On 17 and 18 March the car participated in the “Balance of performance”, two days of practices organized by SRO at the Paul Ricard circuit in order to analyze and balance the performance of the models that will be racing in the GT4 European Cup.

A Maserati GranTurismo MC entered by a private team is to participate in some GT4 European Cup events during the second half of this season.

Maserati Quattroporte Centurion Edition unveiled

It was announced by Maserati GB and American Express that the latest Maserati Quattroporte for Centurion special series has already arrived. The Pininfarina designed luxury saloon, which was unwrapped at Forbes house in London’s Belgravia with exclusive American Express black card holders, received a very warm welcome.

The Maserati Quattroporte for Centurion special series is solely a made to order model with a striking metallic Carbon Black finish, it comes with a luxurious Polar white Poltrona Frau leather interior finish with the Centurion brand logo embossed on the headrests, a custom numbered plate, titanium colored trim and 20 inch ball polished wheels. The luxury saloon is derived from the latest development of Maerati’s legendary flagship saloon, merging unique Italian styling with extraordinary performance and unparalleled driving dynamics.

Maserati to roll out GranTurismo GTS, convertible

For an automaker with only two model lines, Maserati is certainly keeping busy. One of a handful of luxury carmakers to improve its sales figures in 2008, the Trident marque is undoubtedly looking to build upon its growth with an eye towards setting yet another sales record. Fortunately that push is product-driven, prompting Modena to improve upon its already-mouthwatering offerings and give us something new to drool over, too.

First up is the Quattroporte GTS, the sportiest version yet of Maserati’s performance luxury sedan, which debuted at the Detroit show and goes on sale next month. That will reportedly be followed by a similarly-equipped version of its two-door counterpart.
