Mercedes-Benz has filed a lawsuit against Cobasys LLC saying that the company isn’t delivering the batteries it promised for the upcoming Mercedes-Benz ML 450 hybrid. The issue could cause a delay in the launch of the ML 450 hybrid which is scheduled to arrive on the market in late 2009.

Mercedes-Benz AMG is following the lead of Italian automakers Lamborghini and Bugatti in branding the new 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG Edition IWC in collaboration with one of the most exclusive makers of fine watches–or “chronometers,” as Mercedes’ customer base likes to call them–IWC Schaffhausen.

In it latest issue, German car magazine Autozeitung supports that one of the four distinct models that will replace the current A and B-Class in Mercedes-Benz’ compact car line-up (read more here) will be a four-door coupe named CLA.

Let me just say right off the bat that I love the new SLK350. Let me also say that I was not a huge fan of previous SLKs, and I downright didn’t like the four-cylinder models. At this point I should also admit that my friends made fun of me while I was driving the SLK. But just a little.
