Naughty Volvo S60s Nothing But a Video Campaign…

You didn’t think that we’d forget to look into the “Naughty Volvos” topic just because we were busy with all those automotive debuts at this week’s Geneva Show, did you? Well, in spite of the promising blurry shot of a kitted-out 2011 S60 sedan and a couple of video teasers, we did not see the return of the R-badge in Volvo’s range with an “evil” S60.

So what was the fuss all about, we hear you ask? Simply put, a new video campaign for the Swedish automaker’s models. Nothing more, nothing less.

Volvo puts a price on its 2011 C70

After making its world debut at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, Volvo has announced pricing for its all-new C70 convertible model. Volvo’s newest product will carry a price of $41,650, which includes a destination charge of $850.

Louis Schweitzer New Chairman of AB Volvo

STOCKHOLM January 15, 2010; Regulatory News:

“I could have left the Board of Directors at the next Annual General Meeting, but since a successor was available already now, the rest of the Board and I agreed that there was no reason to wait.”

Volvo :

Louis Schweitzer, following a request from the Board of Directors, has agreed to take over as the Chairman of Volvo’s Board for the period until the next Annual General Meeting. This change is taking place as Finn Johnsson has informed the Board of his intention to resign as Chairman.
