What happened to the dog suddenly sticky?

One year old bitch. The estrus has been in the past half a month. I suddenly became super sticky to me yesterday. I did n’t get sick and did not decorate at home. There were no new pets. I don't know the situation, I have to give me a smooth hair. What's wrong with it?
